In static mode, Stark can be set for measuring vehicles on a one-way street but also for measuring vehicles on a two-way street. It can measure the strongest speed value and the maximum speed value of a target vehicle at a same time.
In move mode, Stark can measure the patrol speed value of a patrol vehicle and the speed value of a target vehicle. 
STARK is allocated with external bluetooth micro-printer to print the measurement results manually or automatically. It is an upgrade compared with the previous model which via a cable connection.
